1. Order Processing Time:
- We strive to process and dispatch orders swiftly.
Expect your order to be processed within 1- 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders with more than 30 cutters may take 1-2 additional days in processing.
Currently we do not offer Cash on Delivery.
Only pre-paid orders will be taken for processing.

2. Shipping Time:
- Enjoy fast and reliable shipping services with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days within India.
For Eastern States, delivery times may stretch up to 7-15 business days.
We request your patience in rare cases of delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Providers:
- We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders.
Please mention correct address & phone number while placing order for locating your address correctly.
We shall share tracking id with you on your email id (provided at the time of placing order.)
Kindly mention correct e-mail id.
We ship through Bluedart.
In case your area is not serviceable by Bluedart, please expect parcels from DTDC, Anjani courier or Speed Post (sent via India Post). This may vary from time to time.
Kindly contact our customer support for any queries.
Important care to be taken at the time of receipt of parcel: Do not Share OTP / Sign until you receive parcel or parcels in hand.
We ship orders above Rs. 10K or more in one or more lots to mitigate transit risk.
Kindly refer invoice sent along with order for items included in the parcel in hand.
4. Shipping Charges:
- Standard shipping charges apply, and they will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

5. Return Policy:
- We do not accept returns on our products due to the nature of the items.
However, if any item breaks or is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of receipt of parcel with photos / videos on our WhatsApp number 8200740916. We shall verify & help you with replacement / refund.
6. Cutter Replacement Warranty:
- All cutters purchased from our store are covered by 6 months replacement warranty. If your cutter experiences any defects or issues within 6 months of purchase, please contact us for a replacement. We shall be happy to send you replacement with your next order or on paying nominal shipping fees.
7. Customer Support:

8. Order Cancellations:
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 24 hours.
